Munching on this Nature Valley granola bar after my early morning run with my older brother whilst my sweat is dripping like crazy. :P
Frozen strawberries with fresh orange bits blended in Yakult and dry rolled oats. And a plate of freshly sliced kiwis. :>
Dinner home alone doesn’t seem too bad when it’s this healthy and delicious! Not to mention how eye catching the colors are. Yuuuum. :>

So my father came home from Hawaii today and look what he brought home! A ton of Yoplait! I loooooove this brand. I usually don’t eat yogurt by itself unless it is frozen or mixed into a smoothie, but this brand is so delish that I can eat it as is.

All set for a full day of learning, starting a class in stuttering then aphasia. God knows I am in need of energy because aphasia takes too much neurons in me. :)) Plus, I need to get ready for two exams tomorrow.

Current obsessions.
My own version of Jamba Juice’s banana berry—frozen strawberries and blueberries with bananas. Then I put a bottle of Yakult, a probiotic milk drink. It’s so delicious. I usually make these for dessert. But when I want to make it into a full meal, I put some dry rolled oats in them and some yogurt as well. :>

I decided I’ve had enough of fried food, for real, and I’m mighty glad that I’m actually sticking to leaving it out of my diet ever since I started this whole journey to a healthier lifestyle.
One of our usual viands at home is fried fish fillet. So I decided to tweak mine a bit. I decided to “grill” mine. “Grill” because we have no grill at home. And since I have absolutely no skill in cooking, I had no idea what this would turn out to taste like.
I just went on and put some calamansi(or calamondin in english, yes, I had to research that cause I had no idea what it is in english, lol) extract, some chopped up garlic, basil, and olive oil for all those to soak into the fish.
I had no idea it would turn out so well. It was absolutely delish. HAHA. Then I thought, oh goodness, I have nothing else to eat with this. So I whipped out a can of young corn and decided to saute it with what was left of the marination sauce.
That was a satisfying and good for something who doesn’t know anything about cooking. I’m so proud of myself. HAHAHA.
