Just posting today’s breakfast before leaving for Manila to do my group feeding assessment report and meeting with our mentor for our future client. :P
Lately I’ve been so obsessed with making oatmeal smoothies because they are so yummy and low in calories yet are so filling! The problem is, here in the Phillipines, it’s hard to get good ingredients like berries and the like. Plus, yogurt is soooo expensive here. Even if it doesn’t taste as good. :/
So my dad, who is in Hawaii right now, texted me if I wanted some yogurt from there. And they’re my favorite brand! Yoplait. :>
I feel so happy that he remembered my pestering him about how I need some yogurt for my smoothies. Lol.

So my father came home from Hawaii today and look what he brought home! A ton of Yoplait! I loooooove this brand. I usually don’t eat yogurt by itself unless it is frozen or mixed into a smoothie, but this brand is so delish that I can eat it as is.
I LOVE YOPLAIT. I LOVE MY DAD. :>
